| Step | Operation | Formula | Example (Stripe) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Score each dimension | Assign raw points 0 to max per rubric | D-01=22, D-02=18, D-03=18, D-04=13, D-05=9, D-06=4, D-07=4 |
| 2 | Sum raw points | Total = D-01 + D-02 + D-03 + D-04 + D-05 + D-06 + D-07 | 22+18+18+13+9+4+4 = 88 |
| 3 | FCIQ Score | FCIQ = (Total Raw / 100) × 100 = Total Raw (already out of 100) | FCIQ Score = 88.0 |
| 4 | Confidence adjustment | If F-020 = Low, multiply by 0.90 (10% confidence penalty) | N/A (Stripe = High confidence) |
| 5 | Round & store | Round to 1 decimal place; store in F-040 | F-040 = 88.0 |
